AI models can produce incorrect, outdated or misleading information (known as "hallucination"). A mark, grade estimate or explanation from GCSE.now may be wrong even when it sounds confident. Treat every AI output as a starting point, not a final answer.
Grade estimates produced by GCSE.now are not official GCSE grades and are not recognised by Ofqual, any exam board, your school or any employer. Only your exam board can award a GCSE grade. Do not rely on our estimates for important decisions.
Our AI tutor is a learning aid. It is not a qualified teacher, it cannot provide safeguarding, and it does not know your individual circumstances. Always speak to a real teacher, parent or carer for important educational or personal matters.
Our AI filters inputs and outputs for harmful content. If you mention self-harm or feeling unsafe, the AI will signpost you to Childline (0800 1111) or CEOP. See our Safeguarding Policy.
Adaptive difficulty is a form of profiling. You can switch it off in Account settings. See our Privacy Policy for your full data rights.
