GCSE.now is free for all users. We do not charge for any feature, and there are no paid plans, trials, or subscriptions. Because we never take payment, there is nothing to refund.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. This permanently removes your data. No cancellation is needed because there is no subscription.
If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, we will work to restore it as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
