Terms of Service

Plain English: These are the rules for using GCSE.now. By creating an account you agree to them. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or carer to read them with you.

1. Who can use GCSE.now

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 16, you may use the service with a parent or carer's permission.
  • You must not use GCSE.now if you are under 13.
  • By creating an account you confirm you meet these age requirements and that any information you give is accurate.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password safe and don't share it with anyone.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person.
  • You can delete your account any time in Account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share personal information (yours or anyone else's) in the AI chat, flashcards or support messages.
  • Use GCSE.now to cheat in any exam, test or coursework — including submitting real exam questions.
  • Try to make the AI produce harmful, sexual, violent or illegal content.
  • Bully, harass or be hateful towards anyone.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the service.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful in the UK.

4. AI features

GCSE.now uses AI to mark answers, estimate grades and act as a tutor. AI can make mistakes. Feedback and grades are learning aids, not official results. Always check with your teacher. See our AI Disclaimer.

5. Free service

GCSE.now is completely free for all users. There are no subscriptions, trials, paid plans, or usage limits. Every feature is available to every user at no cost.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

6. Intellectual property

The GCSE.now service, content, software and brand are owned by USERIQO LTD. AI-generated feedback is provided to you under a personal, non-transferable licence for your own revision. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our content.

AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas, WJEC and CCEA are registered trademarks of their respective owners. "GCSE" is a registered trademark of Ofqual. GCSE.now is an independent revision platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any exam board or Ofqual.

7. User-generated content

You own the flashcards, notes and essays you create. You grant us a licence to process and display them to you and (for the parent dashboard) to your linked parent. You must not upload content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms. You can report any content using the Report button.

8. Disclaimers and liability

GCSE.now is provided "as is". We do not guarantee exam results. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
